Who is the controller of the collected personal data?

The personal data that you provided us in our website forms will be processed by King Marine, S.A. (hereinafter, "KING MARINE"), with N.I.F.: A84383116 and registered office at Polígono Industrial Sur Alginet, number 23, 46230, Alginet (Valencia) Spain, as the data controller.
 

For what purpose are your personal data processed and what is the lawful?

Your data will be processed for the purpose of (i) attending to queries regarding KING MARINE products and, (ii) sending communications regarding KING MARINE products and services. The data requested are the minimum and necessary to fulfil the indicated purposes.

The lawful for the treatment of your personal data is the consent given by sending the form. This consent can be revoked at any time in accordance with the procedure contained in the section "What are your rights" without affecting the legality of the processing prior to its revocation.
 

To which recipients will your personal data be communicated? 

No communication to third parties is foreseen, unless it is essential for the development and execution of the processing purposes.

KING MARINE will process your Personal Data for the purpose of managing your application to occupy the job position at KING MARINE to which the process you have applied for refers and will keep this data in order to consider your application in other selection processes currently underway and/or for those that may be initiated during the period of two years.
 

The legal basis for the processing of your Personal Data is the consent given through the submission of your resume. This consent may be revoked at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing prior to such revocation.
